Cancellation Policy
At Vigorus.ai, we deeply value our clients and are committed to delivering the highest quality of service. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to discontinue your subscription. To ensure a smooth and transparent process, we offer a simple and hassle-free cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel your service subscription, you can do so by submitting a written request to our customer support team at connect@vigorus.ai. Please include the following details in your request:
- Your full name
- Registered contact information
- A brief explanation or reason for cancellation
Alternatively, you can manage and cancel your subscription directly through your registered account on our platform.
To avoid automatic renewal of your subscription, please submit your cancellation request at least 7 days prior to the renewal date. This ensures that your request is processed in time and you are not charged for the upcoming billing cycle.
If we receive your cancellation request after the 7-day notice period, your subscription will be automatically renewed for the following month. In such cases, you may still cancel your subscription for the next billing cycle by submitting a new cancellation request as outlined above.
Refund Policy
At Vigorus.ai, we strive to ensure that every client is fully satisfied with our services. However, if for any reason you feel that our offerings do not meet your expectations, we provide a transparent and fair refund policy.
If you decide to cancel your subscription within three (3) days of signing up, you will be eligible for a full refund of the subscription fee paid. To initiate the refund process, you are required to submit a written cancellation request to our customer support team at connect@vigorus.ai.
When submitting your request, please include the following details:
- Your full name (as registered with your Vigorus.ai account)
- Registered contact information (email address and/or phone number)
- A brief explanation or reason for cancellation
Once your request is received and verified, our support team will begin processing your refund. All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment used during the initial transaction.
Please note that the refund will be processed within seven (7) business days from the date we receive your valid cancellation request. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Partial or Pro-Rated Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for partial months of service, unused subscription periods, or mid-cycle cancellations after the 3-day full refund window has expired.
However, in exceptional circumstances (such as technical issues caused by Vigorus.ai or billing errors), refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.
Auto-Renewal Policy
All subscriptions at Vigorus.ai are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal. You will be notified via email before your renewal date to help you manage your subscription preferences on time.
Non-Refundable Situations
- The cancellation request is made after the auto-renewal charge has been processed
- Services have been substantially used during the subscription period
- The account has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform
- Refund requests are submitted beyond 3 days of the initial purchase
Changes to This Policy
Vigorus.ai reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service improvements. All updates will be posted on our official website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
